U samom centru Beograda je tokom prethodnog vikenda        (24. i 25. februara) u Hotelu Courtyard Marriot održan Gastro Art Weekend. Fenomenalni šefovi kuhinje hotela Marriot sa gostima šefovima kuhinje iz restorana Tosca u Švajcarskoj.

 

Bilo je 12 gangova:

Snacks:

Pumpkin confit – caviar – beetroot juice

Oysters – seaweed – cucumber

Ceviche – puff paste – onion

Creamy ray – celery juice – foie gras

Dishes:

Artick char – yoghurt – lojrom

Ravioli – gunie fowl – parmesan

Sweetbreads – celery miso

Duck – fermented garlic – vabbage

Beef – parsley foam – rosmary

Desserts:

Milk variation

Hazelnut – chocolate  – pear

Petit fours:

Marble Chocolate

Chicken skin – chocolate –chamomile
